Functions of Committee :
- To ensure that the college website is regularly updated, improved, and well maintained.
- Regularly update the information/data on the website under various heads.
- Collect information about the latest events held in the institute, achievements etc and get them posted on the website.
- Update all communications, notices, announcements etc on a regular basis.
- Remove obsolete information regularly.
Social Media
Functions of Committee:
- Collect information about the latest events in the institute, achievements etc and get them posted on all the social media platforms.
- Regularly update the information/data on all social media platforms under various heads.
Erp/Mis Management
Career College has an ERP/MIS for all academic and administrative activities.
Function of Committee:
- Ensure timely updating of ERP modules.
- Conduct training program for staff members.
- Coordinate with developer for implementation and maintenance of software.
Online Teaching And Learning
Functions of committee:
- Management of SWAYAM/NPTEL local Chapter of College.
- Development of E-contents like PPT, Tutorials, Video-lectures, Blogs etc. for the students and upload on website and MIS portal.
- Design and develop various in-house MOOC for value added and add on certificates.
Digital Marketing
Functions of committee:
- Manage and conduct all kinds of digital advertising/ marketing and Social Media Marketing of Career Group of Institutions.
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Add and update information about respective institutions on various Educational/admission portal like collegedunia.com, collegekhabri.com etc.
- Manage Google My Business and Ads Manager Accounts for all institutions
E-Governance/Administration
Functions of committee:
- Management of both E-Journalportal of Career College.
- Online form filling and data-handling in portal like NIRF, Know My College, India –Today, Green Building, Swachhta-Abhiyan, and Self4Society etc.
- Management of all tasks related to research agencies like ISSN/ISBN/RNI/DOI.
- Other tasks related to e-governance/administrations
ICT Tools & Services
Functions of committee:
- Provide essential software and hardware and other required ICT tools to all committees for their smooth functioning.
- Maintenance of all existing ICT tools.
- Provide Internet connectivity to all stakeholders.
- Generate purchase requirement/recommendation for new ICT software and Hardware.
Role of faculty member
- Formulate and update the yearly calendar of events under the observation of coordinator/ in-charge of the committee.
- Report all the related activities to the coordinator/in-charge of the committee.
- Maintaining the departmental data and sharing it with coordinator/in-charge regularly.
Role of the student member
- To help the faculty members for collecting data of the students, who participated in different events and activities?
- To follow up and implement the instructions given by the coordinator/in-charge and faculty member of the committee.
- Collecting photos of different events organized in the college.
- To help the coordinator and faculty member in updating the website.
