Webinar on Positive Healing

Career College Bhopal Personality Assessment and Development Cell(PADC)organized a webinar on 29th August 2020 on “Positive Healing”. Dr. Punam Gupta ,Principal, Career College welcomed the speaker of the webinar ,Ms. Priya Sonpar, a psychologist, she told students to have a positive attitude, accept reality, and to take care of their mental and physical health in this pandemic situation .She added not to procrastinate on things but to change their perception. She emphasizes on sharing of thoughts with family members, communication with friends and drawing some ME time and not to make physical distancing into relationship distancing. She advised them to utilize their time beneficially.
