The IT Literacy Awareness Program at the Government MLB Girls Higher Secondary School, BHEL, Bhopal.

On September 8, 2022, to celebrate International Literacy Day, the Department of Computer Science organized an IT Literacy Awareness Program at the Government MLB Girls Higher Secondary School, BHEL, Bhopal. The objective of the program was to promote IT literacy through Open Source Software amongst school children. More than 80 students of 9th class and 10th class who participated in the awareness program learned about the Spoken Tutorial videos developed by IIT Bombay. Additionally, they received details on Libre Office Calc's fundamentals. The students took part with great enthusiasm and won wonderful rewards. More than 200 seed balls have been given to the students and staff of the school in order to spread the word among schoolchildren about Career College's commitment to helping conserve the environment.
