Eligibility: The applicant must be a graduate, i.e., possess a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree (Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biosciences), BMLT, BDS, MBBS etc with a minimum of 45% marks in the respective qualifying examination administered by the concerned University. Duration: 2 years course Skills to be learned /enhanced: A trained post graduate microbiologist is widely employed in major industries and is paid high based on the skills they have. Besides the practical understanding of dealing with microorganisms, a post graduate in microbiology is employed as quality control managers, research associates and so on.
