International Literacy Day-2022

September 8, 2022, the International Literacy Day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm to promote activities assisting for a literate India. With pious blessings of Chairman Sir and motivation of entire management, various activities have been organized by Department of Life Science at the adopted village, Shahpur, Golkhedi, Berasiya.
Department of Library and Information Science distributed Stationary kit amongst primary school children. Department of Zoology organized a drawing competition for middle school students. Department of Biotechnology and Biochemistry demonstrated adulteration in food materials, emphasized on nutritive quotient of food for better growth as well as sensitized girl students towards PCOD for proper reproductive health. Department of Chemistry motivated students to use greener alternatives of chemicals and materials for environmental conservation as well as gave practical insights to utilize old discarded clothes for making bags and discourage the use of plastics and polythene.
All the activities were aimed to enlighten the school students to utilize their education to aware the masses about quality life and make our country literate in true sense. Around 55 students participated enthusiastically
