Webinar on “Interpersonal Skill Development”.

Career College Bhopal Personality Assessment and Development Cell (PADC) organized a webinar on 18th December 2020 on “Interpersonal Skill Development”. Dr.Charanjit Kaur, Principal, Career College welcomed the speaker of the webinar, Dr.Rajneesh Jain,Retd.Prof. Govt. College of Education, Psychology and guidance, Jabalpur, enlighten students that interpersonal skills are the foundation for success in life particularly communication skills such as listening and effective speaking. It will help them to communicate more effectively with other people, both individually and in groups. He apprised as today’s generation is career-oriented so they should have a positive attitude in life along with self-confidence, work ethics, etiquette, receptiveness, and good body language. He added to do self-assessment and discover their strengths and weaknesses, always be open to feedback accept their mistakes and be ready to take responsibility and accountability. He emphasized on being an ardent listener and not to think about consequences before doing any work, always have an attitude of “I can”.
