The Department of Commerce and Management organized an Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) activity at“Arushi Center, Bhopal” for the students of the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) program. The prime objective of the visit was to provide students with a real-world experience of working with differently-abled individuals and to instill in them a sense of social responsibility, empathy, and community engagement. Arushi Center is a renowned non-governmental organization in Bhopal that works towards empowering individuals with disabilities.
The students returned from the visit with a deeper understanding of social responsibility and the importance of supporting initiatives that promote equality and opportunity for all. The visit was also a reminder that businesses and future leaders play a crucial role in driving social change, and by fostering inclusivity within the workplace and society, they can contribute to building a more equitable future for everyone.
