Short Term Certificate Course cum Workshop on ' Food Adulteration and Testing' .

Department of Chemistry successfully completed its one week Short Term Certificate Course cum Workshop on ' Food Adulteration and Testing ' from 12 to 17 Dec 2022 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The program was initiated with a guest lecture cum demonstration from experts of Food Safety Administration, Bhopal. From day two onwards students tested for adulteration in various samples like milk and milk products; ghee, oil & butter, spices; grains; salt; vegetables etc. Today, Dec 17, the workshop is concluded with an ISR activity to create awareness amongst Ekta Nagar Basti residents about the adulteration in food. Students demonstrated the same and aware them about the harms caused consuming such food.

An evaluation test has also been conducted to check the outcome of the activity. Students gave a very positive feedback and were highly encouraged to learn. Dr. Charanjit Kaur, Principal, Career College Bhopal gave her blessings to students for successful completion and distributed certificates.
