Nursing Eligibility / Criteria

General Nursing & Midwifery( Gnm)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks at the qualifying examination. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However science is preferable.
  • 10+2 with English having 40% marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
  • 10+2 with English having 40% marks in vocational stream – health care science from a recognized CBSE board / State/ Centre.
  • Registered ANM with pass mark.
  • 5% of total marks relaxed for SC /ST candidates.
  • Student should be medically fit.
  • Any other reservation as per the State Government under the Reservation Police.
  • Details of subjects to be taught the four year course, curriculum pattern, staff examination scheme for each year is given here in Details for each year’s course shall be subject to approval of the concerned board of studies/Faculty.
AGE :

Minimum age is 17 years to be completed on 31st December of the year in which the admission is sought. Maximum age limit is 35 years.

B.sc. Nursing

Eligibility Criteria
  • 10+2 with minimum 45% marks in Science (PCBE) from any Recognized Board.
  • Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having Science subjects and English only.
  • Student should be medically fit.
  • 5% of total marks relaxed for SC /ST candidates.
  • Any other reservation as per the State Government under the Reservation Policy.
